Northeast Land Improvement is currently the only contractor on Long Island NY, using  GPS with experience since 2002. Using this system eliminates the waiting for surveyors and enables us to expedite excavation. Another advantage of GPS is grading accuracy of 0.04 ft attainable in a stakeless environment. The need for restaking due to accidental loss of on-site stakes is eliminated. We also have to ability to evaluate discrepancies on site with no waiting time.
